The Alzheimer's Association Houston and Southeast Texas Chapter is scheduled to hold a free education program, "Understanding Alzheimer's Research,"" at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13 in The Woodlands, Tx.
The program is scheduled to explain the role of plaques and tangles in the brain and the progression of Alzheimer's disease, which was first discovered in the early 1900s.
Conference Center A/B is scheduled to host the program at Memorial Hermann Woodlands Hospital.
