Join us to celebrate the Independence Day in The Woodlands in the 24th annual edition of Star-Spangled Salute on July 3. This great concert is presented by The Woodlands Development Company at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Town Center The Woodlands.

This event of the Independence Day in The Woodlands has been a tradition at The Pavilion for 24 years. Patriotic songs will be performed such as “Sweet Caroline,” “Service Medley,” “The Liberty Bell,” and Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” with cannons blasting from the hill.

This event will be starting at 6:30 pm. Guests will enjoy of pre-concert activities in the North and South Plazas - everyone can interact with Betsy Ross, Uncle Sam and a living Statue of Liberty, as well as Puffy Pine Cone known as…

Great news for The Woodlands residents - Executives from The Howard Hughes Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary The Woodlands Development Company joined Whole Foods Market in The Woodlands when breaking ground on construction of a 40,000-square-foot store in Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands. This happened on Monday, June 23.

The addition of Whole Foods Market in The Woodlands is going to complement the vibrant mix of office, retail, dining and entertainment at Hughes Landing, the popular 66-acre mixed-use development that has become the talk of The Woodlands since last year. This development will also feature up to 11 office building, a fitness center, and up to 800 multi-family residences.
