The Woodlands had made plans to annex 50 acres of land in the Village of Creekside Park in 2018 and turn it into Senior Care homes, a small office complex, a small lake and 17 acres of senior citizen apartments. Two National home builders acquired this land and these plans were set aside in 2019 to be updated and use the land for 140 residential single family homes to be built.

After modifying these plans in June subsequent to the new group acquiring the land, and changing the two year plan for a senior care center, office park, small lake and 17 acres of senior living condominiums on over 50 acres of land there will be 140 new single family…
