Harpers Landings is a neighborhood located North of The Woodlands, next to I-45 in the village of College Park.

Harper's Landing is located to the North-East of The Woodlands; It's the only area of The Woodlands that's on the other side (east) of the I-45.
In 2005, the College Park Village Association board met with the mayor of Conroe who wanted to annex Harper's Landing and surrounding industrial land comprising the realm of MUD 39. Conroe wanted the industrial taxes which are very high in value.
The Woodlands negotiated with the City of Conroe and anounced that Harper's Landing will remain part of The Woodlands. Harpers Landing is part of College Park, and includes a village park with a park, a swimming pool, playgrounds and playfields.
This Village was appropriately named after the two widely known education campuses of The Woodlands; Lone Star College - Montgomery and The University Center. In cooperation with six major Texas Universities, residents have the chance to earn a bachelors or master degree without leaving far from home. The Village opened in the late 1990's and it represented The Woodlands reputation for an area that is known for a place for higher education and its diversity. This Village is home to two main neighborhoods, Harpers Landing and Windsor Hills, and it is home to an estimated 2,500 residents and over 900 homes.
