Carlton Woods
There is new construction still going on in the elite and private community of Carlton Woods in The Woodlands. This beautiful and select neighborhood features a 53,000 sq. ft. Italianate clubhouse that borders the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Carlton Woods is located in Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands. A well known builder, Jeff Paul Custom Homes, is currently building an enclave of custom villas in a neighborhood of Carlton Woods. The neighborhood is known as The Villas at Cartouche and their homes range in size from 3,200 - 4,000 sq. ft, with prices from $800's to the millions. Carlton Woods Creekside
There have already been 181 homesites sold in the newest private community known as Carlton Woods Creekside in The Woodlands. It is located south of Spring Creek in Harris County. This magnificent private golf community is bordered with the Fazio Championship golf course and clubhouse.

Custom Neighborhoods in the Village of Sterling Ridge
There are new homes available in the Village of Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands, Texas surrounding the Gary Player Signature golf course. New Development in Sterling Ridge
New construction is underway in a 400 acre area of Sterling Ridge. This new neighborhood will be close to Branch Crossing and May valley Drive. There are around 1,000 lots available to various known homebuilders which include: Lennar, Gracepoint Homes, Chesmar Homes, Plantation Homes, Trendmaker, Highland Homes, Wilshire Homes, David Weekley Homes and Village Builders. There will also be a nine acre park in this new section. Homes will also range in styles, designs and prices going from the $190's to the mid $400's. Students living in this area will go to Magnolia ISD.

Terramont in Sterling Ridge
Terramont has several neighborhoods with a variety of prices and homebuilders that offer exceptional homes. David Powers Homes, Trendmaker and Village Builders have built in Veilwood, homes from the $500's to the $800's. Partners in Building and Huntington Homes also offer homes in the area with new patio homes ranging in price from the $700's to the $900's in a neighborhood called Player Trail. In the neighborhood of Knight's Crossing, Coventry Homes is offering great town homes priced from the $360's. In Player Manor, Darling Homes and Huntington Homes have opened their models and are offering homes from the $650's to the $900's. New Town homes will be built by Village Builders at Innerwoods Drive with prices from the $150's.

Montfair in Sterling Ridge
Village Builders, David Weekley Homes and Chesmar have homes in the section of Montfair with prices from the $170's to the $220's. Single family homes are also offered with prices from the $180's to the $250's.

East Shore in The Woodlands
East Shore is also one of the newer developments in The Woodlands and it is near to major attractions like The Woodlands Waterway, The Woodlands Mall and Market Street among others. Grogan's Forest in The Woodlands
The neighborhoods of Mason Pond and Mason Heights are located in Grogan's Forest next to Research Forest Drive and Grogan's Mill Road. Windsor Lakes
Windsor Lakes is a community of 55 and older which is located at College Park. Twenty five single family three story villas are being built by Stonemark Homes in East Shore Park. The Villas are priced from the $700's. They have Italianate architecture and offer innovative designs.

LaCosta Garden Homes in East Shore Park
There will also be 42 ""Mission Style"" Condos in East Shore built by Stonemark Builders. There will be 14 two story buildings which are designed around a courtyard garden. Prices will range from the high $300's. They will feature private amenities such as a central pool and spa, covered cabana and outdoor grill area for its residents.

The Boardwalk
Town Center is now offering a 450 unit luxury apartment neighborhood known as The Boardwalk. They are offering one, two and three bedroom apartments with various price ranges and square footage.

Alexan Apartments at Sterling Ridge
New apartments will be available in the mid 2008 in the area of Terramont provided by Alexan Apartments. There will be one, two and three bedroom apartments designed with an ""urban garden"" look. They will include a pool, clubhouse, lounge, Internet cafe, fitness center, pool room and much more. Construction is already underway in this area.
