THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Montgomery County Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors 7th Annual Operation Holidays for Heroes is now underway in The Woodlands. Help send over 1,500 holiday gift boxes to our military men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Stockings, snacks, personalized children's cards and letters will let them know their sacrifice is greatly appreciated. Cash donations, which are being accepted at any Woodforest National Bank, will help purchase supplies and cover shipping costs.
Unopened Halloween candy including chocolate candy is also being accepted and will be sent to the troops. All donations will be accepted through 12 noon on Thursday, November 8.
The Woodlands Homefinder Center in Town Center The Woodlands is one of the drop-off locations.
