Epic Software Group, Inc. finished construction on a 4,800 square-foot video production studio on Tuesday, January 3 in The Woodlands, Tx.
The new studio is located at 701 Sawdust Road.
The company, which focuses on multimedia, 3D animation and web development, experienced strong growth over the past two years and needed to expand to meet current demands.
The production studio was built from 11 recycled shipping containers.
Sliver Rock Productions, who occupies 60 percent of the building, is the main tenant.
Also, Epic Software Group is scheduled to lease additional space to creative professionals like artists, writers, programmers and web developers.
