THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (October 3, 2012) ; Rehabilitators with Friends of Texas Wildlife Janette Winkelmann and Lisa Wolling team up to present Adventures with Urban Wildlife at the next Walk in the Woods nature lecture on Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at McCullough Jr. High School, 3800 S. Panther Creek Drive, in the Village of Panther Creek.
Informative and entertaining, Mrs. Winkelmann and Mrs. Wolling will share a close-up view of local wildlife, explain what to do if a sick or injured animal is found, and discuss nuisance wildlife concerns.
Mrs. Winkelmann serves as the Friends of Texas Wildlife's president, mentors rehabbers in training and specializes in caring for fawns. Mrs. Wolling is director of the Intake Center at 29615 Highland Blvd., just off FM 2978, in Magnolia.
