In front of the new Tiffany and Co. store at Market Street in The Woodlands, Tx, a crowd gathered as it opened its doors at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.

The public was officially welcomed into the 3,500 square foot store to shop, after a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Store director Kerry O'Connor stated, ""It is our pleasure to invite everyone to discover the Tiffany experience of quality, design and service for which we are renowned worldwide.""

The outside of the store includes a structure that was constructed of stainless steel in a wheatleaf pattern.

The pattern was was taken from an architectural detail found in Tiffany's Fifth Avenue store.

Also, visitors to Market Street may see a Tiffany and Co. 13-foot clock that was installed outside the new store.

The clock includes Roman numerals of the Atlas clock that was created in 1853 and now is displayed over the entrance of Tiffany's Fifth Avenue store.

The Woodlands Tiffany and Co. includes a collection of silver, fine jewelry and accessory items.

Also, shoppers can order Tiffany and Co. items that are not currently available in the store.

Tiffany and Co. is located in The Woodlands by luxurious communities like Sterling Ridge and Town Center.
