New construction will begin in Waterway Square in The Woodlands with a new nine story, 216,000 sq.ft., Class A multi tenant office building. This was announced by Dan Leverett, Vice President of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC).

The Building will be constructed by Harvey Builders of Houston and the designer of this new prestigious office building is Elkus-Manfredi. Also, the architect of record is Gensler Houston. This location of the building will be on The Woodlands Waterway, at the intersection of Waterway Square Place and Woodloch Forest Drive.

The new building's completion is expected for summer of 2009, it will include a covered walkway to the new Waterway Square garage which is located adjacent to the building.

There will be high quality materials, landscaping and finishes which will heighten the look of this amazing new building located in The Woodlands Texas. The lobby is going to feature a multi level design that steps down as it reaches the Waterway, creating a spectacular view. This building will be conveniently located within a walking distance to Waterway Square, a European-style plaza, The Woodlands Mall and Market Street, and over 40 restaurants too. There is also plans for a future boutique hotel and condo tower in Waterway Square District.
