This annual tradition is set from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Oct. 27 at the Cochran's Crossing Shopping Center located at 4747 Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands. The Woodlands Wildflower Festival has been held for over 20 years. ""At The Woodlands Development Company's booth, free Puffy plates and cereal bowls will be distributed while supplies last."" Over 30 exhibitors will participate in the event, Parise said.

""The Pressed Flower Patch, who has participated in The Woodlands Wildflower Festival for numerous years, will be there with specialty pressed flower gift items while another long-time participant of the Wildflower Festival, The Woodlands Garden Club, will sell native plants,"" she said. ""The Woodlands Development Company will also continue its tradition of distributing free Texas bluebonnet seeds."" The Community Associations of The Woodlands, one of the presenting sponsors, will provide information on the environment as well as distribute free wildflower seeds, Parise said.
