On Sunday, December 6, at 6:00 p.m., Market Street in The Woodlands, Tx will once again host the 6th Annual Holiday Carriage Parade, a holiday tradition which fills the popular shopping destination with brilliantly lit and decorated horse-drawn carriages.
Be sure to get a curbside seat for the best view of these tremendous storybook-like carriages passing by. This year's Lighted Carriage Parade includes entries from groups like the Houston Area Carriage Association and several more.
Families are welcome to take an up close look at these artistic wonders as well as the magnificent horses which pull each carriage before the parade. In the GE Betz parking lot located on Grogan's Mill between Lake Robbins Drive and Lake Woodlands Drive, the carriages are available for viewing.
Led under the direction of Don Barrick, First Baptist Church of The Woodlands Choir and Orchestra is set to be the featured entertainment in Central Park.
The Lighted Horse and Carriage Parade is open to the public, with free admission, as are all holiday events at Market Street.
Market Street is located in The Woodlands, by wonderful neighborhoods like Creekside Park, East Shore, Grogan's Forest, Grogan's Mill, Harper's Landing, Panther Creek, Town Center and Windsor Lakes.
