St. Luke's Episcopal Health System and Texas Children's Hospital have in cooperation purchased 22 acres of land in The Woodlands, adjacent to the St. Luke's Community Medical Center. The Woodlands' existing 40-acre campus, including the Texas Children's Health Center. While there are no current plans to develop the site, the proximity of the land is important to future growth for both institutions.

The initiative between the two hospitals is a reflection of their shared commitment to deliver high-quality care in the fast-growing Woodlands community. The state-of-the-art facilities in St. Lukes Episcopal The Woodlands offers the latest technology in innovative health care and is a faith-based 91-bed hospital.

In addition to Cardiovascular and Endovascular Care, Emergency Medical Care, Pediatric Services, a Family Birthing Center, and Oncology Services, the hospital features the area's first all-digital Diagnostic Imaging Department, a Sleep Center, four surgical suites, pathology and pulmonary departments, and a medical staff that includes over 575 credentialed physicians. St. Luke's CMC - The Woodlands has clinical affiliations with the Texas Children's Hospital and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, in addition to a relationship with Texas Heart Institute through St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.
