On January 29 of 2009, The Woodlands Development Company honored top producing Realtors at an event held at The Woodlands Homefinder Center. The Party was hosted by Tim Welbes, Becky Shannonhouse and Buck Driggers. The four Top Producers of New Homes in The Woodlands were presented with cash prices along with the 2009 incentive program.
Luis Tamborrel with Tamborrel-Bulox Properties won the top prize of the night with $10,000 for the Most New Homes Sold in The Woodlands, Texas. Luis and his team had an amazing 22 new home closings which brings them to be Platinum Top Producers.
