SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7 AT 2 P.M.: All Souped Up. Soups are the perfect way to begin a fall or winter meal and often hearty enough to be the main course. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9 FROM 5:30 TO 7:30 P.M.: Cooking Class** -- A Comforting Dinner Menu. At the heart of home cooking is comfort food. Designed to nourish both body and soul, these satisfying dishes are just right for enjoying around the kitchen table with family and friends. Menu includes Braised Collard Greens with Bacon, Rich Scalloped Potatoes, Chicken Fried Steak with Cream Gravy and Real Butterscotch Pudding. Cost is $30 per person and includes meal and recipes.
