As the dining, shopping and entertainment destination rounds out its tenant mix in anticipation of the fall and holiday shopping seasons, Market Street in The Woodlands, Tx has leased over 10,000 square feet of space to five new retail and dining spots.
By this fall, openings scheduled include: Schilleci's Cajun Kitchen where diners can enjoy the restaurant's special taste of New Orleans, Louisiana with wonderful-tasting po-boys, gumbo and other dishes.
The Cupcakery, a family-owned business with locations in Dallas, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada where over one million cupcakes have been enjoyed, is another Market Street newcomer.
Market Street is extending its collection of beauty and health tenants with the addition of the European Wax Center, opening between Massage Envy and Glo Sun Spa.
Also opening, Xtreme Lashes, a global leader in eyelash extensions, opening next to Lenscrafters.
The dining, shopping and entertainment destination is adding to its stores dedicated to home furnishings and accessories as well with the return of The Woodlands Art Gallery.
In August, The Woodlands Art Gallery is scheduled to open an art gallery and workshop across from Aaron Brothers.
These openings follow Market Street's announcement of the Tiffany and Co. store and the high-end men's and women's fashion boutique, Couture Lounge.
In Market Street's North Commons Building, Old Security Financial Group has leased office space, while State Farm Insurance has opened next to Playtime for Kids.
In August, one other Market Street fashion tenant, Hemline, is scheduled to re-open in the fully remodeled space next to Bath Junkie.
Market Street is located in The Woodlands by beautiful communities like Grogan's Mill and Harper's Landing.
