Chef Eccles brings over 12 years of delivering fine dining experiences in some of the country's most renowned restaurants, mostly by tending the broilers of the finest in prime steak. Having grown up in the culinary riches of New Orleans, his palate was tuned early on by the Brennan's family institutions, Commander's Palace and Palace Cafe. He then moved on to Ruth's Chris and Sullivan's Steakhouse before joining Fleming's in 2008.
