The festivities kick off at 6 p.m. Aug. 31, with a live musical performance by the Marlin Bando Band, followed by rock/alternative group the Elroys. Sunday's musical performers include the classic-rock band Soulshine and the pop/rock/alternative trio Cold Shot.
