J. Patrick Homes recently won four Star Awards at the Sunbelt Builders Show in Austin, including a coveted ""Best Product Design"" award for its top-selling Stanford model home in the neighborhood of Spincaster North in the Village of Creekside Park The Woodlands. Presented by the Texas Builders Association, the Star Awards recognize the best of design and marketing in Texas and several contiguous states.
The Stanford took home top honors in the $500,000 to $600,000 price range, with judges lauding its Spanish Revival exterior and its open, soaring interior. Other design highlights include barrel-vaulted archways, a gourmet kitchen with a grand piano-shaped island, and breathtaking 19-foot ceilings in the entry and family room. The Stanford also has a master suite with a cozy fireplace in the sitting area. Upstairs, this 4,443-square-foot home has a game room and media room.
Outdoor living areas include an expansive covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and a large deck off of the gameroom. The plan also includes a three-car garage.
In addition to the model, a Stanford inventory home in Spincaster North in The Woodlands, Texas is currently available for end-of-year move-in. Priced at $681,461, the home includes many upgrades such as a stone exterior with a front porch, extensive wood flooring and a covered patio with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen.
