THE WOODLANDS, TX - There are currently 76 new houses for sale in The Woodlands, priced from the mid-$200's to more than $3 million.

Several new neighborhoods have recently opened in the Village of Creekside Park. The Charleston design by J. Patrick Homes is offered in the neighborhood of Tannery Hill in the Village of Creekside Park. One of the newest builders to May Valley is Westin Homes. Priced from the $540's to the $600's, new homes by Westin are featured in the neighborhood of Almondell.

M/I Homes presents the Elizabeth design in Hearthshire. Priced from $325,990, this two-story home features up to 3,151 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, study, dining room, upstairs game room, up to three-and-a-half baths, and up to a three-car garage.
