According to Susan Vreeland-Wendt, director of marketing for The Woodlands Development Company, The Woodlands Development Company is offering buyers of new homes in The Woodlands, Tx a special holiday gift of a $2,000 Woodforest National Bank MasterCard if they buy between Friday, October 1, and Friday, December 31, and close on or before Monday, February 28, 2011.
Also, a YMCA membership incentive, valuable builders' incentives, and a drawing for three holiday weekend packages will add to the gifts being offered this holiday season.
Vreeland-Wendt stated, ""The spokeswoman for the campaign is a lady we created named Susie Windall, who is just wild about holiday decorating. Susie starts decorating for the holidays in August, and you're going to be able to watch her progressively decorate her home on our website. Susie also has her very own Facebook page, and she is featured on billboards, radio commercials and print ads.""
Anyone who signs a contract for a new home Friday, October 1 - Friday, December 31 and registers for the ""Holiday Countdown"" program are scheduled to have their name entered into a drawing to win one of the following weekend packages:

This prize is scheduled to be awarded at the end of October.
