THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership (EDP) recently held their Quarterly Partner Luncheon at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center in the Village of Grogan's Mill on October 16th. The luncheon topic was the ""State of Education"" in South Montgomery County. The purpose of the program was to provide an opportunity for each panelist to inform attendees about their prospective schools, as well as highlight their accomplishments.
For the past eight years, the EDP has held their luncheons for their Partners in order to keep them informed of important issues facing businesses today. Gil Staley, CEO of The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership, said, ""Our respected panel of educators provided an exclusive look into the education systems in our area, which play such a pivotal role in economic development in our community.""
The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership (EDP) is dedicated to promoting the economic development of South Montgomery County through the support of existing businesses and the recruitment of new businesses that can bring job opportunities and capital investment to the area.
