Dairy Queen opened it's doors at the corner of Grogan's Mill Road and Millbend Drive next to the Grogan's Mill Shopping Center in The Woodlands, Tx.
Store owner Moussa Haidar stated, ""Everyday since last week, we've had people stopping in every few minutes to see when we would open. People have been very excited that Dairy Queen was coming to The Woodlands.""
The new fast food restaurant includes a drive-thru and flat screen TVs inside for patrons.
Entrees feature hot dogs, burgers, chicken wraps, chicken strips, popcorn shrimp, grilled sandwiches and salads.
The deserts include the classic DQ treats from Dilly Bars to Blizzards with a wide range of ice cream cakes available as well.
For early risers, breakfast is scheduled to be served daily after the restaurant's opening week.
During its first week, hours are scheduled to be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
Once they start serving breakfast, hours are scheduled to be from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
Dairy Queen is located in The Woodlands by wonderful communities like Town Center and Windsor Lakes.
