THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Woodlands Development Company, has announced that BusinesSuites has signed a 16,249-square-foot lease on the fourth floor of Two Hughes Landing, the second Class A Office Building in the 66-acre mixed-use development of Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands.

Two Hughes Landing is a 197,719-square-foot, eight-story building, designed to be LEED Silver Certified and is the second of up to 11 office buildings planned for Hughes Landing. Completion of the building is slated for this spring.

Situated on the east shore of 200-acre Lake Woodlands, Hughes Landing is planned to be a dynamic environment within The Woodlands that will feature office buildings; shopping, dining and entertainment; a Whole Foods Market®; a hotel for business and leisure travelers; a state-of-the-art fitness center; and up to 800 upscale multi-family residences.

BusinesSuites serves as a hub of business activity and economic growth, offering full-service offices and virtual office services with flexible terms as short as one month to entrepreneurs, professionals and employees of large companies. The center in Hughes Landing, which is slated to open this summer, will include more than 60 offices and three meeting rooms. BusinesSuites at Two Hughes Landing will be the second location in The Woodlands, seventh in the Houston area, and 26th in the U.S.
