The memory care neighborhood is for seniors with memory impairment. Our approach begins with knowing each resident as an individual. We find ways to include our residents in daily activities they enjoy within a secured environment. Specially trained staff provide care 24-hours per day. Our residents receive services and amenities in a reassuring setting that promotes belonging, dignityn and individuality.

On-Site Home Health Agency

Windsong Home Health Agency is part of The Forum family and provides health care services in the home. Services provided inlcude: physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing care & teaching, assistance with bathing, dressing, foot/skin care, and activities of daily living in accordance with physician orders.
