The Mark is the name that will receive the luxury apartment complex, which, as it has been stated, will feature 268 luxury units, and it is expected to open in early 2017. The apartments will have 1-3 bedrooms and be located just across the ExxonMobil campus. The complex will also count with 8,000 square feet of retail space.
