Phase I development includes two lake parks, accented with environmentally sensitive edging, aquatic landscaping, benches and trails. Our first neighborhood park, Monarch Park, is now open for play! Monarch Park is a butterfly-themed park and playground offering fun for the whole family. Developers are making a concerted effort to preserve the surrounding forest that defines this master-planned community, with special measures taken in the design of streets, homesites and recreation areas. Roadways will have at least a 30-foot forested barrier, while major roads such as Fish Creek Thoroughfare will have 40- to 50-foot buffers. No homesites will abut roads and efforts are being made for many of the homesites to be naturally wooded in the front and back.
