Pelican Builders is hosting a Special Tour and Happy Hour on Wednesday, September 12 from 5 pm ; 8 pm at its model in the enclave of Ellipse Park in the Village of East Shore, the ""Garden District"" of The Woodlands Town Center. Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served as agents visit the model at 22 Jetty Point, across from the actual Ellipse Park.
Pelican Builders has just launched Phase II of Ellipse Park which will include 12 single-family homes, priced from the $795's. A few homes remain in Phase I which is priced from the $750's and up.
