According to Buck Driggers, vice president of residential sales and development for The Woodlands Development Company, Novi Home Builders Corp. has started a homebuilding program in East Shore, the ""Garden District"" of The Woodlands Town Center.
East Shore borders the eastern edge of 200-acre Lake Woodlands and is within walking distance of the dining, shopping and entertainment venues along The Woodlands Waterway.
Novi Home Builders Corp., a custom home builder who has been building homes in The Woodlands, Tx's gated community of Carlton Woods since 2004, is currently offering four homesites in the enclave of Mid-Lake in East Shore.
These two-story New Orleans style homes, priced from the low $800's, are scheduled to include brick and HardiPlank exteriors, an estimated 4,000 square feet of living space, a formal dining room, living room, optional elevator, three upstairs bedroom, upstairs guest room, second floor covered balcony, side covered veranda, rear covered porch, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car, alley-served garage.
