The Golden Trowel award was given to Clark Condon Associates (Landscape architect for East Shore), Paul Hoggatt of Hoggatt LP (general contractor and Mason for East Shore) and The Woodlands Developing Company. This award recognizes excellence in the phases of masonry construction.
The Golden Trowel Hardscape/Landscape was presented for the exclusive features in East Shore like the gorgeous entry icon into East Shore, The East Shore Bridge and the ""Garden District"" of The Woodlands Town Center.
