An Evening of Spiritual Support –International Spiritual Conference

Spiritual Directors International will have a free to the public conference: "Practices of Spiritual Presence"" from 5:00 pm-10:00 pm on Thursday, April 16th at the Hyatt Regency Houston, Marketplace Exhibit Hall 1200 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas 77002

Spiritual Directors International is a global learning community of people from many faiths and many nations who share a common concern, passion and commitment to the art and contemplative practice of spiritual direction.

Overview:

• Beginning at 5:00 p.m., participate in contemplative spiritual practices including Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh, and Jain, presented by the Rothko Chapel.
• Visit more than forty exhibitors between 5:00-10:00 p.m.
• 7:00 p.m. Panel conversation with multicultural, emerging voices in holistic spiritual care
• 8:30 p.m. Meet more than thirty published authors, and browse the extensive onsite spirituality bookstore
