Windsor Lakes is a unique enclave within The Woodlands. The neighborhood is designed for Active Adults over the age of 55 who want to spend time involved in activities that bring enjoyment and fulfillment to their lives.
Windsor Lakes features the Manor and Chateau collection of homes that have been designed by Lennar Homes and the Courtyard Classics Collection designed by Village Builders with Active Adults in mind. These new designs incorporate many things that your future neighbors have requested.
Our goal was to design a neighborhood and collection of homes that required less time to maintain than conventional homes.

Age Restriction
Lennar Homes and The Woodlands established Windsor Lakes to best provide the lifestyle our residents desire and to meet the requirements of the Fair Housing Act of 1998. Windsor Lakes is an adult community and, except as noted below, all homes must be occupied by at least one person who is 55 years of age or older.
No person under the age of 19 may reside in any home for more than 60 days in any calendar year. With approval by the Windsor Lakes Board of Directors, Lennar Homes and Village Builders reserves the right to sell homes to persons between the ages of 50 and 54 years of age or older.
No individual homeowner may sell his or her home for occupancy by a person younger than 55 years of age without Board Approval. Windsor Lakes is designed to be in strict compliance with state and Federal laws applicable to age restricted communities. |

Windsor Lakes Homeowner's Association, Inc. (WLHOA) was created to manage "Windsor Lodge" and to manage various services provided to the residents.
The WLHOA belongs to the residents of Windsor Lakes and will be run by the residents when Lennar and Village Builders finish building and closing all of the homes in Windsor Lakes. Ultimately, the residents will determine the direction of the WLHOA, the level of services provided, and the charges to the residents. |

"Windsor Lodge" is a beautiful clubhouse designed exclusively for the residents of Windsor Lakes. The club is complete with Excercise room with treadmills and weights, Arts & Crafts room, Library with computers and printer, Billiards room with pool tables and dartboard, and Multi-use room that is great for large or small get-togethers complete with stage and catering kitchen.
"Windsor Lodge" also includes a wonderful resort-style outdoor pool and spa. There is also a beautiful deck area around the pool and spa for outdoor entertaining and gatherings. |
