Partners in Building constructs outstanding custom homes in three distinct villages in The Woodlands.
In the Village of Creekside Park, we build in Paloma Springs, Bacopa Bay, and Spincaster South. These neighborhoods offer 70' to 80' wide home sites, and they are walking distance to picturesque Lake Paloma.
Creekside Park offers impressive amenities to its residents, including the 20 acre Rob Fleming Park, with a large Craftsman-style Pavilion for gatherings, and the 1700 acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve with 7 miles of frontage along scenic Spring Creek.
In the Village of Sterling Ridge, Partners in Building is in Kirkpatrick Glen, one of the final custom neighborhoods in The Woodlands. Select home sites have views of the Gary Player Signature golf course, and typical lots are 80' wide.
Almondell is a tranquil neighborhood with 65' wide home sites in the Village of May Valley. Most of the homes in this neighborhood will range from 3000 to 4200 square feet.
