Partners in Building constructs outstanding custom homes in four distinct neighborhoods in The Woodlands.
In the Village of Creekside Park, we build in Tupelo Woods. This neighborhood offers large 80’ home sites, and it is walking distance to picturesque Lake Paloma. Creekside Park offers impressive amenities to its residents, including the 20 acre Rob Fleming Park, with a large Craftsman-style Pavilion for gatherings, and the 1700 acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve with 7 miles of frontage along scenic Spring Creek.
In the Village of Sterling Ridge, Partners in Building is in two different neighborhoods, Player Trail and Player Vista. Both of these communities back to the Gary Player Signature golf course, and some of the home sites have golf course views.
Player Trail offers residents a low maintenance lifestyle, with Mediterranean-style patio homes built with stucco surrounds and tile roofs. Several of the homes have courtyard designs, offering privacy and an elegant backdrop for entertaining.
Player Vista is a tranquil neighborhood with sizeable 80’ home sites, some of which are 200’ deep. Many of the lots back to the Gary Player golf course. Most of the homes in this neighborhood will range from 4000 to 5500 square feet.
