Technology Land Investments, L.P. Purchases Land in The Woodlands for Building

Technology Land Investments, L.P. has purchased a 3.8-acre site on Technology Forest Drive in The Woodlands, Tx.

According to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company, the land was purcahsed for construction of a 50,000-square-foot professional/office building.

According to leasing agent Jeff Beard of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, L.P., later this year or early in 2011, the building is scheduled to be available.

Pre-leasing for the land is currently underway.
