LaSalle Purchases Land For Autumn Leaves Memory Care Facility

According to Greg Jordan, director of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company in The Woodlands, Tx, The LaSalle Group, Inc. has bought a 3-acre site in The Woodlands' Village of Sterling Ridge for construction of a 46-bed, 38-unit memory care facility, Autumn Leaves of The Woodlands.
The development is scheduled to include 20,000 square feet of secured courtyards and a 26,000-square-foot building.
Sixty percent of the facility is set to cater to residents with Alzheimer's, with the remaining residents made up of patients with other forms of dementia or memory impairments.
A sister company to LaSalle, Constant Care Management Co., is set to manage the property.
Situated in the Terramont area of Sterling Ridge, the facility is now under construction, with a scheduled August 2010 opening.
