HealthMark Group Building The Woodlands Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation Facility

According to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company, HealthMark Group has bought a 6-acre site on Windsor Lakes Blvd. in The Woodlands, Tx for construction of Park Manor of The Woodlands.

Park Manor of The Woodlands is set to be a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Park Manor is set to have short-term and long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services.

The facility is scheduled to be operated by HMG Services, located in The Woodlands.

This facility marks HealthMark's ninth project in the Houston, Tx area.

With opening scheduled for January of 2011, construction is expected to start in the first quarter of this year.

W. Richard Stromatt of GDC Realty represented HealthMark Group, while Cody R. Christoph and Todd N. Edmonds of Colliers Texas represented The Woodlands Development Company.

Park Manor of The Woodlands is located in The Woodlands, by gorgeous neighborhoods like Windsor Lakes and Alden Bridge.
