Vitruvian Exploration Relocates to The Woodlands Waterway Square

According to The Woodlands Development Company commercial vice president Dan Leverett, an independent oil and gas company, Vitruvian Exploration, has leased 15,333 square feet of office space in the new 4 Waterway Square office building in The Woodlands Town Center in The Woodlands, Tx.

Vitruvian Exploration, out of many tenants under construction, is the first to be completed and occupied.

Overlooking The Woodlands Waterway, 4 Waterway Square is a nine-story, Class A, 216,000-square-foot building and is located in the wonderful Waterway Square District of The Woodlands.

The area includes upscale restaurants, shops and the Fountains at Waterway Square, a public gathering place with tremendous fountains set to music.

Vitruvian Exploration relocated to The Woodlands, from downtown Houston.

Vitruvian focuses on development, exploration and production of onshore North American unconventional resources.
