Benchmark Hospitality International to Relocate to The Woodlands Waterway

According to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company, Benchmark Hospitality International, a leader in the management and marketing of resorts, conference centers, hotels and Personal Luxury Hotels, is relocating its international headquarters to 4 Waterway Square in The Woodlands, Tx.

A worldwide organization operating properties in major metropolitan and resort destinations, Benchmark, has been located in The Woodlands since the company was founded by Burt Cabanas in 1980.

In April, the company is scheduled to be relocating to 17,038-square-foot offices at 4 Waterway Square.

The new Class A, 216,000-square-foot, nine-story building is situated in the prestigious Waterway Square District, overlooking The Woodlands Waterway.

The area includes upscale restaurants, shops and the Fountains at Waterway Square, a public gathering place with wonderful fountains choreographed to music.

Benchmark Hospitality International is one of many tenants moving to the new building, and additional leasing is currently underway.
